We keep the energy flowing with perfectly braaied Boerewors rolls, accompanied by radishes, tomato sauce, and a variety of mustards. Our drinks station is stocked with ice-cold soft drinks, and each participant receives three 500ml bottles of water to stay hydrated throughout the day. If your company desires, we can also set up a bar with pre approved beverages tailored to your needs.
Session Three: Master of the Braai Competition.
In this thrilling phase, each team is provided with their braai station, complete with tables, chairs, high-quality utensils, a braai, charcoal, and the mysterious "Mystery Box."
The Mystery Box contains instructions for their assigned side dish, as well as a treasure trove of spices, herbs, pap, veggies, and various meats, such as chicken, beef, and lamb, all randomly allocated in bulk. Teams must skilfully light their fires to create the perfect bed of coals for grilling their assortment of meats to perfection.
While waiting for the fires to be ready, teams must unveil the contents of their Mystery Box and start bargaining, dealing, negotiating, or engaging in creative trades to secure all the necessary ingredients for an advantage over their competitors. The teams then get to work blending spices and sauces, creating the most tantalizing meat platters along with their designated side dishes.
One representative from each team will serve as a judge, awarding points out of ten based on presentation, flavour, the quality of grilling for each meat, and the side dish's excellence.
Lunch Group Feasting Together.
After the intense competition, all teams come together for a delightful braai buffet-style lunch. This is the moment to savour the fruits of your labour and relish the Flavors of everyone's culinary creations.
Closure of Fun Filled Team Building Day and Prize-Giving.
